Most of our 38 units are ‘roughed in’, inspected, sheet-rocked and are now getting ready for finish work with completion expected in June of 2025.
As we ring in the new year, we thought it would be a good time to give a shout out to some of our commercial neighbors in 501-533 Forest Ave who have been more than patient with the often-disruptive construction process.
