Developers Collaborative was honored to be selected by the City of Portland to lead the development of the Homeless Services Center (HSC), the largest homeless shelter in Maine, spanning 52,000 SF. This state-of-the-art, LEED Gold Certified facility was thoughtfully designed and built with direct input from individuals experiencing homelessness, ensuring it truly meets the needs of the community.

The project was delivered on time and under budget, reflecting our commitment to efficiency, quality, and social responsibility. The HSC provides a safe, supportive environment for individuals in need, offering not only shelter but also critical resources and services to help individuals on their path to stability.
