Sturgeon Landing is an affordable housing project on the former site of the American Tissue Mill at 18 Park Street in Augusta, Maine.

The building will consist of thirty-two affordable rental apartments and will include shared indoor storage for bikes/strollers, an office, laundry room, and a community room with kitchenette that connects to an outdoor play space and garden. Sturgeon Landing is located directly on an existing public bus route (Kennebec Explorer Augusta East Route) provided by KVCAP and is within half a mile from the existing stop at Willow Street. The entrance to Sturgeon Landing is within half a mile from Walgreens, Capital Area Federal Credit Union, and Lillian Parks Hussey School.
